Details: At Regions, the Collections Analyst is responsible for credit risk measurement, analysis and forecasting. Primary ResponsibilitiesLoss Mitigation:�Analyzes financial information to formulate a satisfactory resolution to assist the borrower and to mitigate bank losses and delinquencies on existing loans�Utilizes all available resources to assist customers and cure delinquency�Interacts with collectors, underwriters, processors, and borrower throughout the process�Documents all aspects of the process for reporting and monitoring purposes Real Estate Foreclosure:�Ensures the timely and accurate decision to either charge off or foreclose on real estate loans�Completes and reviews all legal documents in the foreclosed process and monitors accounts for activity�Produces …read more
